In the heart of Dallas, Texas is a district full of craftsmen, artists, warehouses, and produce distributors. And then there is 1808, a once-abandoned warehouse now transformed into a bustling business complex. Most warehouses with caved - in - roofs are demolished to make way for new construction - we opted to save thousands of pounds of construction waste and turn the 1808 complex into a green haven that enjoys a central, open courtyard.
